She's an idiot. She knows it. The first... first anything she has with a person in a long time and she immediately ruins it. She doesn't even know when she last talked to a person before the other day. Good job.
(How dare he screams the other, angrier part of her. She doesn't listen.)
She had no idea how much she wanders around the same parts of the forest until she's suddenly avoiding them. Not that it's likely to matter, she figures. Walter won't come looking for her. But still. It's... it's embarrassing and awkward and she'll just avoid that patch of land for a while.
Finding other places to hang around is harder than she would have thought. That confused scruffy guy keeps almost running into her. If she didn't know any better, she'd think he was looking for her. Sometimes there are other people with him, but usually he's alone. There's some near misses with the new groundskeeper too. He has a real knack for knowing when she's around. It's a little creepy.
...That's rich coming from a ghost.
Well anyway. It's trickier to find places above water to haunt, so she's out a little farther from the lodge than she'd normally be. A little too close to the mines for her comfort usually, but oh well. Not close enough to be in danger. Which is assuming she'd actually be in danger from the things in the mines, and uh... She has no idea. She's dead obviously, but if there's anything that hurts ghosts it's probably on the grounds somewhere. What a thought.
At least the rocks here are nice. And she's close to the water. Wasn't there a movie like this...? Eh.
