Vic's lurking around in the lobby today. The nice part where you can sit and read a book or whatever it is people do. Very public. Hard to find someplace to set up shop that doesn't make him twitchy. But he's here for a reason, he'll deal with it. One of the gaggle of college kids wanders in taking pictures. Not quite what he was hoping for, but he'll make do.

"It's really uh, scenic here, isn't it?" Vic calls from his little table. He's got a coffee and a newspaper he's been ignoring. The latter, not the former. He'd never ignore a good cup of coffee.
